As robotics systems become more agile and compact, the demands on their electromechanical subsystems are increasing rapidly. From the delicate torque control needed in surgical arms and finger joints to the high-load dynamic response of humanoid legs and autonomous platforms, precision simulation is no longer optional. It has become a critical enabler of high-performance robotic design. In this session, we explore how JMAG empowers robotics engineers to simulate with sub-millinewton precision, optimize frameless and coreless motors, and co-simulate control logic with physical behavior. We will cover its role in designing actuators, encoders, solenoids, and magnetic gears across humanoids, AMRs, cobots, and industrial manipulators. With automated design exploration, thermal-aware modeling, and controller integration, JMAG enables physics-based confidence from concept to motion.
JMAG is not just for EVs or large motors. It is a precision simulation tool for the small but critical electromechanical components that drive the future of robotics.
